ThirtyOne is led by Jamie Van Horne Robinson. She is a seasoned advisor with a proven track record of empowering business leaders, philanthropists, and organizations to achieve their full potential.

With a diverse background spanning the nonprofit, for-profit, and public sectors, Jamie brings a unique perspective to her consulting practice. As a Partner at Dream Variation Ventures, she invests in and mentors high-growth companies and is a part-owner of the Seattle Storm WNBA franchise. She also founded Electing Women of Greater Seattle, a top organization supporting women in political leadership.

Prior to her current ventures, Jamie served as a management consultant at Camber Collective, advising high-profile organizations like the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation on strategic initiatives.

Jamie's approach is grounded in her deep understanding of human behavior, honed through her academic background (M.A. from the Harvard Kennedy School, B.A. in Psychology from Yale University) and her own experience as a high-achieving athlete. As a former Yale basketball captain and NCAA record holder, she embodies the values of resilience, teamwork, and a relentless pursuit of excellence.
